where can i find a 30 inch high cone shape lamp shade HELP!?

i have a vintage german ceramic floor lamp that is beautiful and i have just managed to get hold of a base exactly the same ..but i am having dredful trouble getting hold of a shade that matches the same dimensions as the other one ...im not fussed if the shade is vintage or reproduction

You could make one out of a tomato cage. Or, use a lamp shade hardware (just the circle with the cross beams that hook onto the lamp harp) the size you want for the top, find a metal ring the size you want for the bottom of the shade, measure fabric to fit between the hoops and sew the fabric to them. You can add decorative trim to the top and bottom to hide the stitching and to give extra weight for the bottom part of the shade.
