Where can I get chains for those old style ceiling light fixtures that hold the shade with 3 chains?

Any full service hardware store. It's called "bead chain" and sold by the foot.
The stopper, or end piece, though, has to be bought separately. These may look different than your originals, so I would just by three and replace all of them.
