Material
* Newspaper
* Copies of the tape
* Steel wool or sandpaper

* Gloves
STEP 1 - areas of work
Is the work area free of pollution or debris allowing you to a wide area to work on the light fixture that has been chosen. If you have found a deal at a flea market or garage sale, and to proceed to the next step. If not, you'll need to remove the game before proceeding. Make sure when you remove a key player in transforming all of the power first. Never work with live wires. Were killed and more homeowners each year in electrical accidents than any other activity I do that yourself.
Step 2 - Strip non-completion of the cut
Make sure you remove all the pieces of an unfinished game balls such as glass, plastic or glass lenses, and shades crystal accents. Can be sprayed to dismantle parts of the game until a separate cover like an umbrella, and the completion of the nuts, chains, accents skylight, etc..
Step 3 - sand or rough up
Sand any areas of raw wood or even metal surfaces, or any spot, making sure to remove any old adhesive or paint.
Step 4 - Close the areas of color
Make sure to protect any areas that are not painted using tape Paint Protection sockets, wires or any area where you do not want any stray spray on the ground.
Step 5 - Use the proper end
Select the completion of the spraying commensurate with the material at hand. For example, if the fixture has a brushed nickel finish using the Tuscan oil rubbed bronze spray that is suitable for all applications metal surface.
Step 6 - Dry time
To allow sufficient time before applying additional coat drying, if necessary. You may want to repeat several coats and finish up with a protective sealer.
Step 7 - Install fixtures
Making sure every piece in place, install a fixture in the right way or connect to a power source. If you install the wire directly, make sure the breaker off before proceeding. Handle the game carefully to avoid scratching or compromise your restoration.
Tips to remember
1. When you use the spray, and use light strokes and wide to ensure a smooth finish. Will produce this technology spray end without punctuation marks or bubbles.
2. Hanging fixtures need to be hung in the work area to be your spray correctly. Make sure there is enough space around the fixture to hang for the application of a spray event. If possible, spray in an outdoor fixture is not hanging up to deform the surrounding area in the inside when you try. A good tip if sprayed in the home is to take the game with backshield cardboard when spraying to eliminate stray paint to get the surrounding areas.
3,. Make sure the tape completely from any area of the fixture that should not be a fee.

How does one replace a light bulb in a 'Flushmount' ceiling light fixture?
I need to replace a light bulb within what one web site describes as a 'Flushmount' light fixture.
The base metal surface is smooth and I see no screws on the metal base so there seems to be nothing to unscrew. Also, the fixture does not appear to be spring loaded because I cant pull down on the fixture and get it loose.
Some one told me to hold down the metal base and turn the glass casing counter clockwise. But when I tried that it wont budge. Is there any trick to loosening the light fixture by turning it counter clockwise? Do I twist the glass shade or the metal base? I think I've tried both. Is there anything else I need to be doing in addition to twisting the fixture that will cause it to loosen?
Here's the light fixture I am having the problem with:

Thank you.
Looks like the URL got cut off in the oprevious post. Here it is again:

This time of night, that website said it was having difficulties, so I couldn't see the picture.
The metal sides should slide upward (or downward) to expose the bulb. You may have to twist (jiggle) in order to push it up (or pull down).
